We offer all forms of Pilates from beginner to advanced mat classes plus individual and small group mat and equipment lessons. We can offer ante and post natal instruction plus rehabilitation and sports performance.
Barre classes are also available both during the day and the evening. Barre is reputed to be one of the most effective methods of toning and strengthening whilst helping posture and enhancing sports performance.
If you cannot find a level or time to suit you on the timetable, please contact us as we are creating classes all the time and will try to find a teacher and lesson that is right for you.
